These terms govern your use of this website and your membership of PHNX Performance Centre. Please read them carefully.
Membership
Membership of PHNX Performance Centre is personal and non-transferable. You must not share your access credentials or allow another person to use your membership. All memberships are rolling monthly with no minimum term.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or over to hold a membership. All new members are required to sign a health waiver prior to using the facility.
Gym Rules
Members must follow all gym rules and treat equipment and other members with respect. Full gym rules are displayed on site. PHNX Performance Centre reserves the right to update gym rules at any time.
Cancellation Policy
As all memberships are rolling monthly, you may cancel at any time. We require a minimum of 5 days' notice before the end of your current billing month. Cancellations received within 5 days of your billing date will take effect at the end of the following billing month. To cancel, please contact us directly.
Termination of Membership
PHNX Performance Centre Ltd reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate a membership at its discretion, including where a member breaches these terms or gym rules.
Liability
Members use the gym and its equipment at their own risk. PHNX Performance Centre Ltd is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from the misuse of equipment or failure to follow gym rules or staff instructions. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Personal Training and Physiotherapy
Personal training and physiotherapy services are provided separately from open-gym membership and are priced individually by each trainer or practitioner. You must be 18 years of age or over and sign a health waiver before commencing any personal training or physiotherapy sessions. To book, contact us or your preferred trainer directly via email, WhatsApp or Instagram. Members who hold an open-gym membership and sign up with a PT are eligible for a discounted membership rate.

This website is provided for information purposes. We make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Content may be updated at any time without notice.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of your membership after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
