What Data We Collect

• Name and contact details (email address, phone number)
• Payment information — processed securely via Gymdesk; we do not store card details directly
• Health information — only where you provide it in connection with physiotherapy services, and only with your explicit consent
• Website usage data — anonymised analytics if applicable

Legal Bases for Processing

• Performance of a contract — to administer your membership and provide gym access
• Legitimate interests — to manage the safety and security of the facility
• Consent — for health data collected in connection with physiotherapy, and for any marketing communications

How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain membership records for 6 years after membership ends, in line with our legal and contractual obligations. Marketing data (including enquiry and lead-capture submissions) is retained for 2 years. CCTV footage is retained for 14 days and then automatically overwritten. Health data collected in connection with physiotherapy is retained only for as long as necessary for the provision of that service, or as required by applicable professional standards.

Who We Share Data With

We use Gymdesk to manage memberships and process payments. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data where required by law.
